Pre-Season Preventative Maintenance Checkup
2 visits a year for $147.00
A+ Air Conditioning will provide a qualified technician twice a year to inspect your air
conditioning and heating system for proper operation to ensure that they are in the best possible
condition for the upcoming cooling or heating season. Priority Service in the event additional
service or emergency service is needed, we service our Service Agreement Customers first! You also
receive a 10% discount on parts with this progam.
Gas Furnace Tune-Up
1. Check thermostat operation.
2. Check pilot assembly or electronic ignition operation.
3. Check for carbon monoxide leaks.
4. Examine heat exchanger for damage and corrosion.
5. Check inducer draft motor for proper venting.
6. Clean and adjust burner assembly.
7. Check and adjust blower assembly.
8. Check amperage and voltage on electrical components.
9. Tighten electrical connections.
10. Check all safety controls.
11. Check and lubricate all open motors.
12. Measure temperature differential.
13. Check noise and vibration levels.
14. Check for proper airflow.
15. Clean or replace air filter.
16. Check overall operation of system.
Heat Pump Tune-Up
1. Check thermostat operation.
2. Check reversing valve operation.
3. Check defrost system operation.
4. Check refrigerant pressures.
5. Check auxiliary heat strip operation.
6. Check and adjust blower assembly.
7. Check amperage and voltage on electrical components.
8. Tighten electrical connections.
9. Check all safety controls.
10. Check and lubricate all open motors.
11. Measure temperature differential.
12. Check noise and vibration levels.
13. Check for proper air flow.
14. Clean or replace air filter.
15. Check evaporator coil.
16. Clean condenser coil.
17. Check accumulator for leaks (if accessible).
18. Check overall operation of system.
Air Conditioning Tune-Up
1. Check thermostat operation.

3. Check compressor operation.
4. Check and adjust blower assembly.
5. Check amperage and voltage on all electrical components.
6. Tighten electrical connections.
