Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of A+ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

A+ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration provides residential and commercial HVAC services including, but not limited to, heating system installation and repair, air conditioning installation and repair, maintenance services, and emergency HVAC services in Gainesville, FL and surrounding areas.

Service Agreements and Estimates

All service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during service. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated to and approved by the customer before proceeding.

Service agreements and maintenance contracts are subject to their own specific terms and conditions as outlined in those individual agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may be applied to returned checks or declined payments.

For financing options, separate terms and conditions apply as provided by the financing company.

Warranties and Guarantees

All equipment installations come with manufacturer warranties as specified by the equipment manufacturer. Labor warranties are provided as stated in your service agreement.

A+ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration guarantees our workmanship. If you experience issues with our installation or repair work, please contact us immediately so we can address the concern.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to arrive within the scheduled service window. If we are unable to make the appointment, we will contact you to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to HVAC equipment and work areas
  • Ensuring a safe work environment for our technicians
  • Disclosing any known hazards or special conditions
  • Securing pets during service visits
  • Maintaining systems according to manufacturer recommendations

Limitation of Liability

A+ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, pre-existing conditions, or issues arising from improper maintenance or use of equipment.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Emergency Services

Emergency services are available outside of regular business hours and may be subject to additional fees. Emergency service calls will be prioritized based on severity and technician availability.

Privacy

Changes to Terms

A+ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Alachua County, Florida.
